MAMDEW

News on 25 th April 2017 that at least 25 CRPF personals were martyred in Maoist ambush at Barkamal in Sukma district of Chhattisgarh shocked the whole country. The impact of this led to a discussion in our group of around 150 batchmates of Maulana Azad Medical College batch 1975-79. After 2-3 days a unanimous decision was taken to form a charitable society for helping the families of the martyrs. As a result MAMDEW was born. Initialy the society grew under guidence of Dr. H.S. Mac. Now the responsibility of nurturing the society is on the shoulders of
